CHATSWORTH HOUSE
On the second day we head to Chatsworth House.
See the house transformed for A Christmas Feast, explore the interactive light and sound trail in the garden, pick the perfect Christmas tree and blow away the cobwebs with a
bracing winter walk through picturesque parkland.
There's is also the Christmas market, with over 100 market stalls offering a wide range of Christmas gifts and decorations plus live music and seasonal food and drink, it's a lovely way to welcome in the festive season.
BAKEWELL
On the third day we head over to Bakewell, known for its rich heritage, charming courtyards, and stone buildings and of course, the home of the Bakewell Pudding!
Britannia Hotels are proud to introduce the Palace Hotel Buxton & Spa, located in the spa town of Buxton. Since 1868, the Palace Hotel has been a prominent building in Buxton, set in five acres of stunning landscaped gardens.
The Palace Hotel has many on-site facilities for guests to enjoy. Dovedale Restaurant serves a full English breakfast each morning with lighter options too. Dinner is available every evening offering a selection of dishes to choose from. Lunch is also an option on weekends. The Lounge Bar is open throughout the week offering a wide choice of beverages and snacks.
The hotel also features a health and leisure club (small fee applies) with an indoor pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam rooms. The hotels spacious en-suite bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryer. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and there is a 24-hour reception for your convenience.
